One day, I obtained calligraphy of An Jung-geun. It was added to my calligraphy collection of the historic person. I am always interested in him. But after I knew the story that a certain well known rightist person said he wanted to apologize to An Jung-geun, I became aware of An Jung-geun and his activity more. I retraced his will by crystalizing his calligraphy.

An Jung-geun (Korean pronunciation: [andʑuŋɡɯn]; September 2, 1879 – March 26, 1910;　Baptismal name: Thomas)
An Jung-geun was a Korean independence activist, nationalist, and pan-Asianist. On October 26, 1909, he assassinated Itō Hirobumi, a four-time Prime Minister of Japan and former Resident-General of Korea, on the verge of annexation by Japan.

The "Pneumatic Tatlin" is a pneumatic version of 'Tatlin's Tower' or 'the Monument to the Third International'. The multimedia installation was exhibited at the 1st Tokorozawa Biennial in Tokyo, 2009; Nagoya Zokei University; Aichi Art Forest, 2010.
